Welcome to New Age Cat Care

Hi, I'm Diana Hanshaw, New Age Cat Care owner. Welcome to my website! After many years in the corporate world, in July 2004 I decided it was past time to start a business doing what I truly love to do - caring for, loving, and nurturing animals. Pet-sitting seemed like a wonderful way to accomplish this goal. As it turns out, it was the best career move I've ever made - I look forward to each new day with my furry friends! New Age Cat Care offers in-home pet sitting in the Southern Carroll County and Western Howard County areas of Maryland.

I'm also Vice President of Howard County Cat Club, a Maryland-based non-profit
501(c)(3) no-kill cat rescue/adoption organization, and a member of Pet Sitters Associates, LLC., as well as a freelance animal photographer and production consultant to Catnip Chronicles, an on-line cat magazine. I also write a monthly column for the magazine called "The Fab Five Felines" - after my own fabulous five furry roomies.
