The pictures of me and other people were taken by other people as addressed.  The other pictures I took with an old Kodak DC25 digital camera, which has recently expired.  The latter set includes pictures I took on my short weekender to Santa Cruz on October 9-10, 2004.

Pictures of Me and Others

Me in my "Rasputin" stage ca. 1998.  Taken by Jordan.  I had a pencil in my hand.  Long hair went down to the middle of my back before hacking it off.

From a picture taken during Harriman's birthday party in 2001.  The Dropkick Murphys shirt, my favorite for a long time, died a horrible death by the hands of a screen door.

Taking a picture of myself through Andy's rose mirror in his apartment.  2002-2003.

Me at Paul's house ca. 2003.  Wearing my favorite DK shirt.  Not my Diet Pepsi, though.

My girlfriend, Pam, and I at the California State Fair in 2003.

A wax Ariane statue with Bill Clinton.  Ariane came over here from Germany as a foreign-exchange student.

Photos I Took

My original display of all eight 3D sides of a 4-cube (or hypercube, or whatever you want to call it).  I had just one problem...

... I wanted the orientation of the eight sides to be positioned as to where one could find them in the 4-cube, and I had this incorrect in the first version.  This one corrects it.

A pair of calla lillies that grew in my parents' back yard.

Easter eggs dyed for Easter 2004 with Pam (left) and my parents (right).

The dark purple egg in the Pam Eggs picture had a crack in it and left an interesting dye pattern on the egg white.

A pair of pink climbing roses from the old back yard.

Santa Cruz Pics

One of the first things I did when I got to Santa Cruz was head for the Santa Cruz Municipal Wharf, where I found this sign.  Why should I not feed the sea lions?  Well...

... the sea lions rest on the crossbeams below the wharf!  I assume they get up on there during high tide, since I could not see any other way for them to get up there.

I stood about three feet away from this gull when I took this pic.  Taken on the end of the wharf.

This shot, taken from the end of the wharf, shows how far away that is from the shoreline.

A shot of the sunset from the wharf.  This marked the close of my first day in Santa Cruz.

The second day's purpose was the wedding.  Here is the bride and groom at the St. Lawrence Orthodox Church in Felton, CA.

The bride, her bridesmaids, and the flowergirls.  Pam is on the far right.

Here's the whole wedding party.  Pam is the third from the left.

The same pic as the previous one, except that this one has both presiding priests, Ft. Seraphim and Ft. Alexander (both in the back).

During the reception, I perused the back yard area and took this shot.  I love the atmosphere this little alcove exudes.
