The best place that I have seen for trying to find a copy is
http://www.bookfinder.com/
They go out and search several used book web sites at once...however, they
can prohibitively expensive (as much as $100). And they go *fast*.
On an aside...has anyone looked into getting the rights and re-publishing
the thing? Or see wether the company itself is willing to publish it again?
I would be willing to invest...in my opinion it is a sure thing.
