Nekomimi Box

Hi and welcome to the new look Nekomimi Box.
Thanks to all you kind kitties this site has really started to grow. In fact its grown so much that me and Bluekatt have decided to completely redesign it (and make it easier to navigate.......hopefully ^_^). And the original design had a kinda childish look........and with all these new 'adult' pictures we're getting sent, it seemed a good idea to make the whole site a bit more adult ^_~. Anyway, don't hesitate to tell us of any problems you encounter using the site and feel free to tell us what you think...........after all its you thats using it ^_~
As I mentioned above, some of the new content may be a little unsuitable for younger viewers, but don't worry! There's a little warning before you enter anything like that, so you don't have to enter if you don't want to ^_^

So what is a Nekomimi?

Nekomimi is a term used to describe cat-people (mostly catgirls but there are catboys too). All people described by this term have cat-ears (Nekomimi) and usually a cat-tail. They sometimes have fur and cat-paws aswell.

Note - Nekomimi translates as Cat-Ears. A more accurate term for catgirl is Neko Musume, which translates as Cat Daughter/Girl

Where can I find Catgirls?

Catgirls can be found in loads and loads of Anime's and Video Games. If you watch any Anime you've probably seen them already and not noticed! The kitties I have in this site don't even scratch the surface (scratch...get it? ^_^). I'm still trying to list all the catgirls (and boys) in Anime, but thats taking time. I will add more Bio's in the future, when I get more info about some other catgirls.
Catgirls can also be found on the net too. A lot of nekomimi fans and amateur artists have created their own nekomimi too (just like Bluekatt ^_^). You've just got to look around!
