Monthly Program
Programs for 2009

Continuing Project, the 2009 Year-Long Project, "Seaside Sampler" by Idele Gilbert. For this project you will need either 18-count Canvas, 13" x 19" or 24-count Congress Cloth, 10" x 14", and appropriately sized stretcher bars and tacks for mounting. You will also need your usual stitching supplies to include basting thread, needles, both tapestry and embroidery to match your choice of canvas or congress cloth, a ruler, scissors, magnification and a light if needed. You will also need an extra piece of Congress Cloth or Canvas to use as a Doodle Cloth; bring your Doodle Cloth each month.

Since we are to have four different teachers doing the six bands the supplies and instructions will be handed out separately. The teachers are Idele Gilbert, Kristi Todd, Rachael Watkins, and Margaret Bending. Don't be confused that we are jumping from part 1 to part 5 of the project. Each band "stands alone" and scheduling necessitates that we be flexible.
