The Nebraska Bead Society's Annual Bead Bazaar will be held Saturday, October 10, 2009, in the Lancaster Building at State Fair Park. The Bazaar is from 10am to 5pm. Admission is $3.00, $1.00 for children under 12. One-dollar off coupons are available at Lincoln bead shops or you can print your own: 4-coupon jpg or single coupon jpg. There will be both nationally-known bead vendors as well as local bead shops, displaying and selling all kinds of beads, cabachons, charms, books, findings, tools, supplies and other bead/jewelry-related items, some difficult or impossible to find locally. Society members will be offering their own finished beadwork for sale as well and demonstrating various beading techniques.
