Nebraska Bead Society Officers, Etc.

The purpose of the Nebraska Bead Society is to perpetuate the art of beadwork through education, the exchange of ideas and the sharing of experiences while promoting and stimulating this historical artform. This website will introduce you to our members and their beadwork, announce upcoming events, share some of our original patterns and tutorials, provide reviews for books, magazines and software and links to other websites of interest.

We meet at 7 PM the third Thursday each month in the Gallery Room in Eastmont Towers at The Seasons building, 6305 O Street. It's across from Sears at the O St stop light. See the Calendar for details about upcoming meetings.

To join, please printout the membership application and send it with $18 (check or money order made out to "Nebraska Bead Society") to Kathy Tiede , P.O. Box 30633, Lincoln, NE 68503, for one year's membership (starting June 1 of each year). You'll be added to the email discussion list, have access to its members-only web archives, get members-only deals on workshops with nationally-known teachers, and know your are helping to support beading in Nebraska.
