3.19.08
We should watch Coldheart. He says he'll help Zyras, but he's acting shifty and I wouldn't put it past him to try something. We all know he's got more than Grandmother's defeat on his mind and I suspect he'll make his move during the battle. Be ready to hurt the bastard.  -Chet

It's on bitches! The grand maw won't be consuming shit when I bust out all her fucking teeth!  -Ben

If you guys are hanging on to any last tricks, now's the time.  -Blink

This one's for Zoey and Hoyt.  -Annie

There's nothing I need to say. You know what's at stake. This is bigger than us, bigger than all of us.  -Kate

Joining demons to fight the devil. This is wrong. But during my time with the Hive-Mind, I saw Her plans for the future. We have to stop Her. At any cost.  -Tom

3.5.08
It was fucking lucky you guys showed up when you did. We fought next to Coldheart's boys as long as we could, but the Brood just kept coming. I'm digging the Martyr's new look, but it's still got everyone a little nervous. Memories, you know...  -Ben

2.27.08
Chet and Ben say Coldheart's got spotters posted all over the city. He's dug in pretty well, but I have a feeling he's more worried about defeating the brood than saving Stygia. I hope we can do both. Brood scouting parties have been running through the streets at regular intervals, so I think the attack will happen soon. Wish us luck guys, or just make it back in one piece.  -Kate

2.20.08
Father Norman and Kate have been hard at work opening nihils back to Indy. Nearly the whole of the Anti-Spectre Alliance has been shuffled through Stormwall over the last few hours, from Saints to Blasphemers, though no one has been able to reach Clem's Hellboys. When the next battle comes, humanity will have a few more champions.

2.13.08
There's been no further word from the trainers, but you know where to find them.

FROM: Kate Dennison
TO: Everyone
SUBJECT: Stygia
Spectres roam the streets in loose gangs. Separation from the Hive-Mind seems to keep them on edge, ready to pounce at anything they find, seemingly unable to distinguish friend from foe. Malfean forces are camped near a large... head... outside the city. A group of monstrous Brood Spectres are heading to meet them. We've only got a few hours. Bring anyone you can. If Rabrak loses, Grandmother may move for Stygia. If Rabrak loses it may be to weak to defend itself afterward. We can't let it lose.  -Kate

SUBJECT: Stygia (The Nameless City)
Crawled back in the meat just long enough to ice some bruises. Stygia's a ton of territory to secure and Shadow-class activity has only increased since we've been here. Cotton and Masterson have been doing recon, the Spectres seem pretty disorganized so far. They're tearing the place up and fighting eachother for scraps. We could use a hand. And bring whatever friends we've got left.  -Mason

1.23.08
FROM: Scott Anderson
TO: Crucible
SUBJECT: The Expiditionary Team
Ms. Dennison and the others have popped back to Redux from time to time, to rest up, ease a few bruises and grab a bite. I was told to relay this message: "The Nameless City wasn't hard to find with the compass. The exposed part is quite a sight, but there's a lot of Spectre activity. Aside from the general spooky feeling, we haven't found too much. We'll continue to hide out. We can't shake the feeling this place is important."  -Scott

1.9.08
FROM: Chet Mason
TO: Everyone
SUBJECT: Recon
We got Cotton back and he's just as gung ho as I am to find everything we can about the Spectres, their "war" and the city they supposedly want so bad. Dennison's handing management of Redux to our top projectors. The rest of us old dogs, are going to war. See you on the other side.  -Mason

1.2.08
FROM: Kate Dennison
TO: Everyone
SUBJECT: Ben Cotton
Annie and Zoey followed his trail to some kind of door in the Wasteland. They explored a little but they pulled out when things got rough. They did the right thing, but Ben would've have been way too stubborn. We'll fill you in at the meeting.  -Kate

12.19.07
FROM: Kate Dennison

SUBJECT: RE: Meeting
I just checked in with Chet and the Holy Rosary crucible, they made it back okay. Aside from those few individuals I've already talked to will hang back to run Redux, I'll see everyone else at the church.  -Kate

12.12.07
FROM: Kate Dennison

SUBJECT: The Breach
I worked through the night to repair the whole, as well as I could anyway. Zoey and Ben have been a big help as well. One more day and we should have it. I'll see you guys soon.  -Kate

FROM: Chet Mason
TO: Crucible
SUBJECT: Spectres
We've asked everyone not involved in closing the breach or jumping throughout to keep an eye on Spectres in their area. From what we can tell so far, Grandmother's crew seems to be holing up and feeding. Like they're getting ready for winter or something. And the Malfean goons are dragging off any spook they can find, but they don't seem to feeding. Recruiting maybe? Send us anything useful you happen to come across.  -Mason

12.05.07
FROM: Chet Mason

SUBJECT: Meeting
Group A made a small amount of progress closing the breach. Kate's new trick seems to speed the natural mending process. It's taken a toll on her though, doesn't look like the Stormwall appreciates the help. We'll head your way at 9am to discuss an organized research project for the other side. We're all in over our heads here, but we've got to do what we can.

11.15.07
Groups A and B are far too busy exploring strange lands or healing metaphysical tears in reality to check their email.

11.8.07
FROM: Kate Dennison
TO: Everyone
SUBJECT: Group A
At 9am tomorrow, we'll follow Group B to the hole. If they run into any resistance, we'll support them till they make it through. As soon as they do, we'll start looking for ways to seal the gap. This storm has caused too many casualties already and there is no one else to stop it. We should be able to hold contact with Group B and give them plenty of warning if the gap starts to close. If not, they'll find another way back. Father Norman assured me that he would see to it. Remember, healing that wound in the Stormwall is our MAIN PRIORITY!

FROM: Chet Mason
TO: Everyone
SUBJECT: Group B
We'll leave at 0900 hours tomorrow. That gives you almost 24 hours to get your affairs in order and say your goodbyes. In this business, you've probably done that already. This is what I have for the final head count:
the Dragons, RFD and Ishidia, the Holy Rosary crucible, and myself, Vitt, Cotton and Hayes from Redux. We decided Redux's command structure should stay behind, Redux's mission is too valuable to this side. Between the Blue Lady statue and the Holy Rosary crew, we shouldn't be out of touch with this side. Be prepared for anything and everything should go smooth.

11.1.07
FROM: Kate Dennison
TO: Anthony Russo
SUBJECT: Anti-Spectre Alliance
The storm started just after we cleaned out the Mayfair hive. Many of us were seriously injured during the battle. The storm hit us hard. We lost more than we should have. We need a meeting to share what we know and set up some policy. Your place or ours?  -Kate

FROM: Chet Mason
TO: Crucible
SUBJECT: AWOL
We could have used a hand. Tom and the Hellboys were a big help, but another veteran crucible would have gone a long way. Where the hell were you guys?!  -Mason
