March 2009 Submitted by Tara Gruber, NJ NEA Publicity Chair The NEA might be the smallest of NASCOE areas, but we certainly don�t let that hinder our opportunities to speak up and participate in this great association! It is an honor to be your area publicity chair, and even while things seem to be standing still during this time of transition in programs and administration, be sure that your efforts in publicity outreach have not gone unnoticed. 2008 NEA Publicity Contest Please let me thank all who submitted newsletters and articles for the 2008 Publicity contest. I am truly impressed with how each state keeps its members informed on a regular basis.
