Chairpersons Report: Playoff availability sheets have gone out for those who were scheduled for 13 games. If you did not receive your availability sheet let Rick Norris know.  If you have yet to receive E-Mail from Rick, notify Rick to confirm your E-mail address. 
BOCES: Rick reported for Joyce who would like to thank softball for their cooperation with scheduling this season.  Continue to keep BOCES up to date with any available dates you may have.
UMPIRE SCHOOL: Sept. 11-12 Saratoga Springs, anyone interested in attending cantact Rick Norris.
TREASUTER'S REPORT: currently $13,005.36 in our account. Dues are past due, late fee of $10.00 May 1, after June 1 $25.00 and after July 1 $50.00. Mail fees to John Tame made out to NCSBOA.
EXCEPTIONAL SENIOR GAME: June 11 at Walker Park in Hicksville 7:00 PM. Scrimmage games are June 9, 10 at Jericho H.S. All officials are welcomed. If you are interestedcontact Bob Signoracci.  Everyone was asked to checksheets for service credit. If your name is highlighted you will receive service credit.  Anyone who may stillneed service credit may work the Ex. Sr. game to receive credit.
NOMINATIONS RESULTS: Congratulations to Lynda Waring Member at Large and John Tame Treasure.
MENTOR PROGRAM: Going well, Mark encourages mentors to continue to keep communications open either by phone or e-mail.
DINNER: June 9, 2009 7-11pm at Chateau Briand Cost is $30.00 sent to John Sficos by May 22,2009
SPORTSMANSHIP AWARDS:Ballots are due May 18th for Varsity and Junior Varsity. Return them to Jerry Kirsh 18 Russell Dr. Mineola NY 11501 Jr. High ballots are due May 27 and return them to Mark Furman.
RULES: Most missed questions in Nassau in order: 69,61, 71, 62, 30, 47, 29, 33, 70, 85, 5, 35, 36, 57, 87, 92.
Playoffs begin May 21 review sextion 8 three man system  and four man system  12 run rule applies in playoffs.  Jewelry Rule MUST BE ENFORCED.  If anyone is injured at a game, and isremoved by an ambulance or taken home by a parent, an incident report must be done on the injured player.
