| Today I handed in a physics assignment. On this assignment was a question that asked: "If it was possible, how long would it take a person to walk to the moon?" After figuring out the distance to the moon, I calculated that, if treated like a full time job*, it would take forty years to walk to the moon. Now, that is a really long time. Also, the walk would be incredibly boring. What would you do when you had put in your eight hours of walking for the day? I mean, you're stranded somewhere between the earth and the moon, there's not going to be any friends around, much less anything at all. *40 hours a week, 50 weeks a year. |
