There
is much that can be accomplished within the will and purpose of
God for man - His creation. Though the Lord could have decided to
start all over by completely destroying His first creation in Adam
(Ge. 1:27, 2:7, 8:1-4 & 20-22), He did not. Man found grace
in God's eyes again through Noah (GE 6:8, 7:1). Through one person
God was pleased and extended His mercy to unrighteous man.
Throughout
the Old Testament and the New Testament man's faults and inconsistencies
in the things of God are evident. (Nu. 20:7-12; 1 Cor. 15:9-10)
Despite their shortcomings the men and women of God had a heart
for God and followed Him. The Lord does not condone sin because
the wages of sin is death. God is immortal; He is Life. (1 Tim.
6:16) His Heart is to share His life with man who is still living
in dying flesh. (Jn. 8:23-24; 6:47-58) There is a new creation of
man made possible through His Son who came in the flesh as the Word
of God. (Jn. 1:14, 3:16; Ro. 6:6; 2 Cor 4:16-18)
The
Word of God - spoken "Light" - came to earth to indwell
in man and quicken his spirit man back to life. (Jn. 1:14; Ro. 8:11)
Life is in God and God is the source of Life. (Jn 1:1-3, ). When
the regenerated man speaks in faith the Word of God back into his
life good things happen in the spirit realm - Heaven stands at attention.
(Ro. 8:28) The Word of God endures forever. (Mt. 24:35; Isa. 55:11)
Prayer
opens man to Heaven and Heaven responds by moving in the earth.
Just as a mother carrying a growing child in her womb begins to
feel the movement of the unborn baby, a person praying in earnest
by the Spirit of God begins to see things yet unseen (Ps. 110:1-3,
2 Cor. 4:18) Circumstances on the earth must respond to prayer prayed
in earnest by the Spirit of God.
Prayer
spoken by the Spirit of God brings the greater works (Mt. 10:20;
Jn. 14:6-12, 21:16:28 & 13-16) The earth is God's House; His
House is a house of prayer. (Jn 1:51 & 1:14; Ps. 24:1, Isa.
56:7, Lu. 19:46; Ro. 8:22-39)The greater works are already in His
House! (Jn. 14:12-28, 6:29) Through one person being in constant
prayer, God is pleased and extends His mercy to mankind - even nations.
(Lu. 18:5) How much more He is pleased when the unified prayer effort
in diverse places of the earth is following the orchestration of
the Spirit of God.
The
heart of a mother hears the cry of her child differently than anyone
else; she hears from a different place - from deep within. So does
the Heart of the Creator hear the cry of man differently than any
other; He hears from a different place - from deep within. (Jn.
11:33-44, 1 Cor. 2:10; 17:24; Lu. 17:21) Pray!
