Being gifted by the Lord with a highly creative disposition, my ministry operates from experience in diverse training in the Arts, including music, dance, multimedia production and administration. With the completion of academic studies in multimedia production and administration I was awarded a B.A. and M.A. Degrees respectively. Various genres of dance including ballet was studied at a dance studio that presented performance opportunities. Though I have long discontinued dance, the resumed study of music for specialization is the focus and operation of the ministry the Lord has graced me with.

A circuit of global itinerancy began with nearly a decade of residency as an American citizen in Nigeria. Though I have traveled briefly through some European countries, my spiritual awakening and rebirth as a Christian was accomplished in Nigeria. Though I had received Christian training all my life, it was not until I was in a foreign country (Nigeria in West Africa) and reached the age of forty-two that I had a mighty personal encounter with the Lord. On March 4, 1997 in Nigeria during a church service, I became born again and baptized in the Holy Spirit. A highly gifted Christian Nigerian who is a national Spiritual Leader led me to the Lord. The following year September 12, 1998, I received baptism in water. The Lord had appointed as my mentor for a about a three year period this Spiritual Leader who led me to the Lord. During this time I received mentorship in things of the Lord for the Prophetic Ministry.

About two years later the Lord moved me to serve as a confidential "Ministry of Helps" to Spiritual Leaders. During this period I spent much time in prayer. After I read my first Bible book I became immersed in study and meditation of the Bible. (Refer to the "Missions" page of this web site for details.) What eventually became apparent to me was the Missionary agenda of my ministry. I soon realized I was a "Missionary" with a global itinerancy from 1982 - 23 years before the Lord made His Vision for my life known to me.

Years ago the Lord implanted in me an intense desire to be in continual worship of Him and to intercede for individuals and nations. The core parts of the Vision were unfolded in quick succession from about the year 1997 to March 2005. From about the year 2000, I begin to serve as a confidential "Ministry of Helps". Two years later the Lord directed me to move back to the U.S. to continue the same service; He moved me to various cities. Suddenly the Lord led me to minister one day in song to a small group of people without any instrumental music accompanying my voice. He just told me to open my mouth and sing. A singing voice which I had not realized I had burst forth, by the grace of God, into spontaneous songs of worship to God and intercession for man. Strange things in the name of the Lord happened while I sang: salvation, healing and deliverance. This phenomena continued and within one year the Lord directed me back into piano music.

After resuming piano training, I begin to recall the experience of how he spoke to my heart in musical compositions when I was a child. He had opened my understanding - I needed to return to Him as a child for Him to work in and through me in a fuller measure. (Eph. 1:18, Mt. 18:2) By 2005 the Lord had given me a kaleidoscope view of where He was taking me to. From the time I became born again and baptized in the Holy Spirit, the Lord implanted in me an intense desire to continually worship Him and intercede for man. It was not until the year 2005 I understood why the Lord had done this. He was equipping me to eventually be involved in unified prayer efforts of a 24/7 genre of service taking place at 24/7 Prayer Centers, Prayer Retreat Houses, and through Spiritual Leaders' and Intercessors' networks in diverse places.

In obedience to the Lord in fulfilling the work I have been called to, I offer a music ministry service as a Psalmist and Keyboardist. The Lord has specifically gifted me for and directed me into Prophetic Worship and Intercession . The Lord is moving me into things of the apostolic even as I function in the Prophetic Ministry yet I consider there is much to learn. My daily prayers include asking the Lord for His Spirit to guide and strengthen me to please Him in what He has called to me to do.

What follows is a concise view from my personal experience of what the Psalmist's Ministry involves.

What a Psalmist Is

Very succinctly, a Psalmist is a person inspired by the Holy Spirit to communicate God's Heart message to the spirit of man through spontaneous, new songs from the heavenly realm.

How a Psalmist Ministers

The Psalmist sings heavenly songs very much like when a person's speech erupts spontaneously into spoken tongues of the Spirit - the heavenly language. The Psalmist sings spontaneously through inspiration of the Holy Spirit - this is known as "psalming". Psalming is the song of the Bride (the believer as a member of the Body of Christ) to the Bridegroom (Jesus). It is a musical conversation that flows back and forth between them both in a most intimate way. A Psalmist usually has a precious intimacy with the Beloved Saviour that finds expression through song. The intimate relationship is born out of the Psalmist's intense love and adoration for Him. A Psalmist is moved deep inside the Heart of God by the Holy Spirit as a sonar device is placed inside deep waters to sound what is in the depths of the waters not easily seen - the sound can be felt. The Psalmist sounds the Light of God's Word to His sheep. (Jn. 13:23, 1:18, 1 Cor. 2:10)
