Student Chapter is initiated with a President, Secretary, 2 Vice
Presidents and included 13 local Student Chapters.
1978:
Local Student Chapter membership soars to 125.
1982:
Position of Secretary is dissolved.
1983:
Local Student Chapter membership reaches 159.*

Advisor position established.

Officers work to establish an effective communication system linking
national and local Student Chapters.

Budget and funds allotted from NAEA.
First attendance at Summer Board Meeting.
Officers focus on budget and yearbook.
Local Student Chapter membership recorded at 57.
2001:
First Student Chapter website established.
Officers develop
the Strategic Plan and President's Handbook.
2002:
Officers develop RAEA mentorship program.
2004:
New Student Chapter website established.
2006:
Student Outreach Coordinator position established
Student
Chapter initiates process to become Student Division.
