The President is responsible for communication primarily
through bi-monthly Newsletter columns. This member also organizes
and approves Conference Proposals, the pre-conference mailer,
the yearbook activity, and updates the web page. The President
also creates the annual report, reviews the budget, and hosts
the Student Welcome Meeting at the conferences.
The President-Elect organizes, prepares, orders and hosts the
student reception at conference. This member is also responsible
for creating the Conference Bulletin and our listserv.
The Past-President aids in the transition of all officers' roles
and duties. This member runs behind the scenes at conferences,
as well as organizes and hosts the Student Roundtable Discussions.
The major role becomes heading and delegating work toward funding
and public relations.
Our Advisor and the Higher Education Director act as liaison
between the Student Chapter of NAEA and the Board of Directors.
They provide leadership support in promoting the National Student
Chapter Officers and aid in production of yearbook and any public
relations material.
