I am currently employed as a Firefighter/EMT-Enhanced by the City of Chesapeake Fire Department, I am assigned to the 3rd Battalion, Station 9, Engine Company 9, B-shift. I am a member of the International Association of Fire Fighters (IAFF), Local 2449. The fire academy was very much like a boot camp for firefighters.
