After going through several sleepy guards and finally convincing the glowering Malwick that we really were who we said we were (I was very motivated to convince him of this), he had the bridge lowered and let us into the town.

We explained our somewhat hurried entrance into her town to Aranda, the towns Matriarch. She said that they would be watchful of any pursuit, and bid us to rest ourselves.

Eleasias 30

From the journal of Conor Llyldferg:

We left Newkeep near midmorning feeling well rested. The items that we acquired in the temple turned out to be a fine magical mace (Dane actually cracked a smile when it was identified ... it was the most excited that I've ever seen him, although I think that I just might give a try it out  myself) and a "Stone of Diminuation" ... this is, apparently, how you get a very large troll in a very small box.

Kodom decided to stay in NewKeep and thanked us for the opportunity to exact a little revenge. And we in turn were much obliged.

Just before sunset, we arrived in Mosstone. It almost felt like coming home ... almost.
