Lime, I must say, is my favorite character. So high spirited and free. She'd probably be the most fun to hangout with! Don't get me wrong, Cherry and Bloodberry are great too, but Lime has that outgoing style that none of them do! And it seems to me that Otaru likes her the best. She's just too cute!! ^.^
Lime was the first marionette to be awakened by Otaru. She is the youngest out of all three and is ver naive. She asks many questions and can be kind of annoying to Otaru-but he quickly forgives her. She's the one that doesn't get that easily jealous and mad when one of the other marionettes tries to take Otaru away from her.

Cherry was the second marionette that Otaru awakened (and in a very unusual place it was...). She is a very sweet but tough marionette. She is very intelligent (especially with computers and gadgets) and strong and is a great cook. She often starts fantasizing about her and Otaru making out. Usually in front of a crowd.. It's some kind of love attack! She also gets very jealousy very easily and VERY frustrated with Bloodberry!(which happens very often because Bloodberry's always trying to get Otaru to herself).

Bloodberry was the last of the three to be awakened by Otaru. She was the strongest until her powers were suddenly reduced as the other marionettes because she fell so in love with Otaru. She is the eldest too and most mature. She is also very intelligent. She wants to marry Otaru and make him into "a real man" (^.^). She says she can make all of his dreams come true. (and the first time she tried that, she got them both into some trouble) She is always trying to find a secluded place where Otaru and she can be..alone...

As you might have already realized, Otaru is the hero of this story. The one who awakens the "super" marionettes that will help him protect Japoness from the evil Faust (and other things...). He was just an ordinary teenaged boy living in an ordinary city with an ordinary job and a little lower than ordinary apartment. So you can see his life was pretty ordinary...that is until he awakened the three precious marionettes and his life turned to anything but ordinary! Quite extraordinary indeed! He is kinda shy (with the "ladies") but if one of his marionettes are in trouble, he's always there to save them! (How courageous!..<'.'>) He is a very kind-hearted and gentle person. And treats marionettes as fairly as humans (some humans).
