    Originally it is Japan animation, then became japanimation but now people just say anime. So that just explained what it is. If you still don't get it, anime is a japanese version of "cartoons". However, it's far from the american cartoons. It is actually VERY different from cartoons. The drawing is much much more realistic and a bit complex, and the plots are way better too! Alot of animes might have something totally unexpectable in the story. They don't compare to american cartoons at all!

     There are some great Anime's out there! And now alot of broadcasting shows are putting it on air! Like Gundam, Escaflowne, Card Captor Sakura, Tenchi, not to mention the former ones - Sailor Moon and DBZ. I'm glad that they're getting more and more animes out in America because, well for me, it was really annoying people obsessing over Sailor Moon and DBZ and were too stubborn to learn about other animes. If you are one of those people, or if you don't care about anime at all and think it's stupid, just check out some of the animes below. You never know, maybe you'll get a new obsession:
