Return Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product, please contact me before sending the item
back. Since I deal with several suppliers, I will need to send you proper instructions on how and
where to return the item(s).

I guarantee that all products you buy are free of defects or you may return it for a new replacement.
If your item was damaged during shipment, please contact me and I will send you proper instructions
on how to file a claim.

If you are not satisfied with your item, you may return it to me within a period of 30 days. Shipping
cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, returned and refused packages.

When returning an item, please make sure to use the original packaging including all accessories and
the owners manual.

There is also a 20% restocking fee on non-damaged items that are returned in exception for
customized items, used candles and certain opened items that cannot be returned or refunded.

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical
error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers. I shall have the right to
refuse or cancel any orders placed for any product listed at the incorrect price. I shall have the right
to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card
charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, I
shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

In order to capture as much detail in our images for your benefit, actual item size may be different
than the size they appear in the site due to extreme close ups of the images. Please read the product
information listed as most will have the dimensions listed. If unsure, always ask questions in an email
to me before placing an order to make sure there is no misunderstanding or confusion.
