What methods of payment do you accept?
Currently, this is a Paypal online shop. But the good news is that Paypal now
allows anyone to use
credit cards to access their service. Getting a Paypal account is now
optional, not required.
How and where do you ship?
USPS and UPS are the most common
shipping services used. UPS is preferred due to the added
protection they offer. I'm only shipping
in the continental U.S. currently. Anywhere else, email me.
How much is the shipping costs?
At the moment, I'm using a shipping
percent based on subtotal. See the
shipping page
to approximate what your order. The easiest
way to save on shipping is to combine orders with friends and family.
What do I do if I receive an item that is damaged?
Please contact me as soon as possible
to resolve. Also, when you receive your package. Check for
outward damage to the box
before
the driver leaves. If possible, check the contents too.
If you find any
damage, be sure to mark "damaged" by your signature when you sign.
How long will it take to receive my order?
The usual 4-8 weeks is standard, even
though orders will be processed within 48 hours of receipt. If
any problems come up you will be
emailed about it.
What if an item is out of stock?
Generally there's 92% of all items in
stock. However, if an item in your order is out of stock, all items
will ship that are in stock.
An email will be sent to alert you of the items out of stock so you can decide
what you wish to do.
Back-order, cancel...or order something else.
Is your ordering process secure?
Paypal's security and shopping cart
information can be found on the Paypal.com website. Please review
those policies and agreements that
are related with this real-time payment option.
Can I be sure that my privacy will be protected?
This site only collects the
information that is needed to complete your order. No information is sold to a
third-party. Any
information collected is solely for our business records.
