Week ending 1 Sept. 02:
I was busy preparing my final drafts for the 10-Day MBA Assignments.
Week ending 25 Aug. 02:
Outside the station to conduct seminars for commercial service Team Leaders.
Week ending 18 Aug. 02:
I concentrated much of my efforts towards the Assignments on the Ten (10) Day MBA.
Sunday 11 Aug. 02:
I spent 3 hours reading the book, “How to Read a Book”.
I Spent 6 hours again on my Assignments on the 10-day MBA.
Saturday 10 Aug. 02:
4 hours Reviewing my website, and changing some of the text layout.
- Uploaded the document of my Profile.
- Went out for dinner with my son.
Friday 09TH Aug. 02:
- Arrived back from Sengerema.
- Had a morning meeting with commercial service staff.
- Spent 2˝ hours on reading, “How to Read a Book”.
Thursday 08 Aug. 02:
4 hours making corrections and up loading of my personal profile.

Putting bits and pieces of the Assignment together.

- Sent e-mail to Julie Marshall seeking clarification on the Assignment given.
03 Aug. 02:
Working on the Assignment of the 10 - Day MBA.
Sunday 28 Jul. 02:
Down loading websites of different layouts.
Saturday 27 Jul. 02:
5 hours on compiling the journal collections.
Tuesday 23 Jul. 02:
Reading a collection of necessary materials to keep myself as an MBA.
Monday 22 Jul. 02:
Since my instructor was giving the tuition on computer as a part time venture, the speed would not match with the demand of the assignment.

I received e-mail from Iola Coy on Rushmore payment Policy.
18TH June, 2002:
I sent e-mail to my daughter who is studying in the US to source for my MBA books.
04TH June, 2002:
I received e-mail from my Program coordinator on the First Assignment: PROFILE
09TH May, 2002:
I received e-mail from Julie Marshall informing me of being my program coordinator, while Dr. Michael Cox is my Faculty Advisor.
03RD May 2002:
I wire transferred the 1st Tuition payment.
02ND May 2002:
I made a decision on payment submission modalities. I had to negotiate with my wife on how much should be paid first and reached an agreement of remitting 1/3 of USD 4,595.
01ST May, 2002:
I downloaded foundation courses from the Rushmore website and studied them for a view of making tangible decision.
I downloaded “How to Read a Book Review” – a very interesting topic to keep myself abreast.
30TH April, 2002:
I sent e-mail to Director on payment modalities.
19TH April 2002:
3 hours searching on the website on different universition with their course contents and respective durations.I found out Rushmore University to be the best among them all.
18TH April 2002:
I sent e-mail to Director enquiring about the routing information of the 1st payment of tuition.
Wednesday 10TH April 2002:
I sought for more information about Rushmore through the website and other people who happened to study at the University or at least have an insight of the same.
Tuesday 09TH April, 2002:
I received e-mail that I had been accepted in the MBA program. I was very much happy and impressed by the speed of response.
I received e-mail of welcome from Mr. Lee E. Hargrave, Jr.
He encouraged me to join for the Program, which has all the advantages needed.
Saturday 06TH April, 2002:
I e-mailed my application for Rushmore University.
20TH March 2002:
I was appointed to the post of Regional Business Manager/Mwanza
The operational functions were more streamlined towards business orientation to cater for customer satisfaction.
With these developmental changes coupled with technological advancements my desire to enroll with Rushmore University was much more enhanced
Saturday 16TH February 2002:
I downloaded from Rushmore website about Distance Learning.
The director of graduate studies, Dr. Michael Cox gave a descriptive Mission statement of the University.
This was because I needed to know as much as possible about the faculty and leadership before I decided to enroll.
Friday 11th January 2002:
I had all my previous dreams brought to a shiny web when I was reading The Economist Magazine of 5th – 11th January 2002 with an advertisement for those who would wish to join Rushmore University.
It vividly touched my inner mind and I was after MBA for a long time since I completed my Diploma in Telecommunications Management Studies way back in 1998.
As a Distance Learning Institution and needing no examinations I had to find more about the University.
Towards the end of year 2001,our company went through organizational restructuring changes and in that context, all posts were declared vacant, including mine.
For a period of about five months, I suspended my desire to apply for enrollment into the program, to pave way for this new development in the company.
