The people of Hibernia declared the founding of the Eirennia Scotia Confederacy on 15 January 2105 when they adopted the Declaration of Confederation. Eirennia Scotia is actually the joining of five independent Provincial States. Each Province is different, yet, all are Hibernian.
The Confederacy of Eirennia Scotia is a socially progressive nation, renowned for its hard-working and intelligent population of about 3 million individuals. Hibernian citizens enjoy a sensible mix of personal and economic freedoms, while the political process is open and the people's right to vote held sacrosanct.
