CONFEDERACY OF EIRENNIA SCOTIA
AERO POWER EXHIBITION

The Correllia Swift JATO test aircraft at the Correllia Test Facility in Kilney, KP.

Aviation is held close to the heart of every Hibernian. Hibernian aircraft are renown for their stable designs, rigid construction, and exacting performance. All Hibernian aircraft are designed with three key objectives:
EASE OF MAINTENANCE - Hibernian aircraft are reliable, easy to work on, and economical to maintain. The true ingenuity of our designs are in their simplicity.
VERSATILITY - Our aircraft are designed with greatest practical spectrum of operation. In the icy tundra or the humid jungle Hibernian aircraft out perform all others. Furthermore, Hibernian aircraft are not ornate. They are designed to handle the roughest soft field landings with ease.
OPERATIONAL EFFECTIVENESS - The limiting factor in all aircraft designs is the human factor. Hibernian designs follow the fundamental principles of human factors research. Because of our advancements in human factors, pilots flying Hibernian aircraft feel less fatigue, stress, overloading, and disorientation. This provides for safer and effective aircraft operations.

TECHNOLOGY PRESENTED
NAA TURBOPROP TECHNOLOGY - A turboprop engine is a jet engine attached to a propeller. The turbine at the back is turned by the hot gases, and this turns a shaft that drives the propeller. The turboprop offers significant speed and efficiency advantages over traditional piston power plants.

CORRELLIA ENGINEERING'S JATO TECHNOLOGY- JATO, or Jet Assisted Take Off, reduces the take off roll distance. JATO can be used when short take off distances or heavily loaded aircraft limit operations. Correllia Engineering will offer insight in current RATO, or Rocket Assisted Take Off, development.
COMSTAR TECHNOLOGIES' HIGH FREQUENCY OMNI DIRECTIONAL RANGE TECHNOLOGY - COMSTAR TECHNOLOGY has developed a revolutionary navigational technology that promises to make pilotage, ground reference, and dead reckoning a thing of the past. Using very high frequency radio waves transmitted in radial beams, the High Frequency Omni Directional Range gives pilots an exact course line reference from the station.
MINISTRY OF RESEARCH AND STATISTICS/ MINISTRY OF DEFENSE'S RADIO AND ACOUSTIC ECHOING TECHNOLOGY- New echoing technology can detect and locate distant objects from the reflection of a pulse of radio or acoustic energy. The new technology offers endless aeronautical uses and is currently under development within the National Service Research Pavilion in Avalon.
MINISTRY OF RESEARCH AND STATISTICS/ MINISTRY OF DEFENSE'S SOLID FUEL ROCKET AND MISSILE TECHNOLOGY- The joint ministry research and development program for multi stage rockets and missile is still in it's infancy. The RMPD, ROCKET/MISSILE PROPULSION DEVELOPMENT TEAM, will offer a breif look into current and past Hibernian rocketry design and testing.
AIRNAV INDUSTRIES' CURRENT AVIONICS TECHNOLOGY - The latest aerial navigation equipment from Hibernia's leader in avionics, AIRNAV. AIRNAV will be presenting the latest developments in altimeters, turn coordinators, airspeed indicators, and engine instrumentation and control. AIRNAV is also exhibiting their latest radio technology including the AN240.
