Practice
times can be broken into two or more smaller times as needed.
Unlike
most academic subjects and sports activities, music lessons
are generally once a week, leaving the student on their own
to do their "homework" until the next lesson. This
requires a good amount of discipline as well as time management!
Consult with your teacher throughout the year for tips on helping
to keep practice time productive.
