January 2001 - present Team leader for testing FSCAR Latin America, a new online credit system. Team trainer for PVCS, a versioning control software. The team consists of 20+ people throughout Argentina, Brazil, Canada, Mexico, and the United States.
July 2000 - December 2000 Trained on new Trilogy software to complete Program Direction Letter (PDL) pre-production audits.  Learned and use current PDL system, called MFAL.

January 2000 - June 2000 Created and designed a website for online catalog and registration of training courses. Website designed for cataloging 150+ courses.
 
DAIMLERCHRYSLER AG Stuttgart, Germany
March 1999 - December 1999 Managed and researched a project regarding the long-term cost benefits of switching from a corporate media services system of hard copy promotional literature to an online web system. Provided communication liaison for Daimler supervisors (Germany) in negotiations with Chrysler colleagues (Auburn Hills, MI) to establish a website that met the needs of each seperate group.
