This weekend was the Fast 4 Food.  It was amazing because I got to lead a game called the Tribe Game which took up most of the time. 5 different tribes competed to get Survival Cards, and at the end they traded these to get what they needed to survive.  The Tribe that won beat the famine, and they won because they had the Compassion card.  CONGRATULATIONS ILDAMAT!

At one point during the game we walked to Chuck Powers house for a water break.  Though that's really all it was.  We had some trouble with his faucet outside because it had some orange thing connected.  So it was more of a challenge for the leaders than it was for the students. Thanks Chucky P! On the way back to church MAP and Sam drove up separately next to us honking, screaming, and waving.  It was hilarious.

Curt led worship and it was a great time.  I always have a good time with Curt.  He got "mad" whenever people didn't do what they said they were going to do in the songs, but that was funny too.

Mike Krahwinkle is going to Mali in June with Jeremy and a few others to start the Mali Soy Project.  This is what we have been raising money for through the Fast 4 Food program.  In this project they are starting soy bean farms with 50 families from different tribes. This will be self-sustaining and every year more families will be added.  If you would like to help please talk to me about it.
