Evangelist Maria Stapleton, District Supervisor of the Restored House District

This is the highest office in the district. District Supervisor Maria Stapleton is the Visionary, leader and Chief Servant
of the District charged to give divine direction from the Lord Jesus Christ. She is also charged to give directions that may
come from the Presiding Bishop, Jurisdictional Bishop, the Executive Board of Bishops, or the General Assembly of the United
Churches of God in Christ.
The Presiding Bishop or the Jurisdictional Bishop can only change this position. The District Supervisor may call meetings
as deemed necessary and at her discretion. She has the right to chair all called meetings within the District, and is an ex-officio
member of any and all boards, committees, departments, auxiliaries, meetings, meetings, etc. that is part of this District.
At this level of the church, the district Supervisor is the example of servitude and leadership as displayed by our Lord Jesus
Christ. At her entry, it is expected that members of the District recognize her presence by standing in honor and respect
of the office that she holds.
Evangelist Carrie Garrett, District Missionary and 1st Administrative Assistant of the Restored House District

This is the first assistant to the District Supervisor and is appointed and or dismissed by the District Supervisor of whom
they are under. It must be clearly understood that this is a position of servitude to carry out duties and responsibilities
as deemed necessary by the supervisor that he/she serves under.
Duties and Responsibilities of the 1st Administrative Assistant
1. The Second Highest Ranking official in the District
2. To be the official representative and voice of the District in the absence of the District Supervisor
3. Oversee the Order of Service at the District Meetings as directed by the District Supervisor
4. Will provide accurate and immediate reports to the District Supervisor of any and all meetings, disputes, business,
etc. that he/she presided over or resolved.
5. Will assist the District Supervisor on ensuring that all aspects of the District’s Vision, mission, and strategy
are in action as delegated by the District’s Supervisor
Evangelist Rubye Shorter, District Administrator

This person is appointed by and/or dismissed by the District Supervisor. This person makes sure all position holders on the
District level are working and must check with each Director monthly to check functions. This person reports directly to the
District Supervisor. He/She also makes sure that all instructions of the District Supervisor are carried out and checks with
the District Churches to assure each is functioning all right and if they need help will report directly to the District Supervisor.
Sunday School Department:
Minister Bobby Wimberly, District Superintendent
This person is appointed and or dismissed by the District Supervisor. This department teaches the Word of God, and is responsible
for organizing Sunday School on the District level working with churches and Pastors on our District to make sure each has
a Sunday School no matter how small. This department makes sure there is Sunday School held the last day of each District
Meeting before regular service. This person must work to build this department in all our District churches and their church
home.
Secretarial Department
Missionary Maggie Stapleton, District Chief Financial Officer
This person is the official overseer of all financial and fiscal matters for the District. Appointed and/or dismissed by the
District Supervisor. The duties include:
1.After all offerings in each meeting and/or fund raiser collect and record all amounts.
2. Collects all report money from church reports, credentials, and Auxiliaries from churches on the District and record
them made ready for the Jurisdictional report.
3. Collects all registration fees on District levels and records; receives all registration for Jurisdiction from the
Restored House District and Nationals and send to appropriate source.
4. Keeps records on all District Auxiliary Treasurers.
5. Will appoint a finance committee for District meetings to collect offerings nightly
Sister Tonya Wimberly, District Executive Secretary
This person is appointed and/or dismissed by the District Supervisor and reports directly to the District Supervisor. This
person also do the following:
1. Keeps accurate records of all churches that are a part of this District.
2. To assure the District Supervisor that all churches, Pastors, and Credential Holders claiming membership in this District
are in Good Standing on the District, Jurisdictional, and National levels of the Church.
3. To ensure that all churches, Pastors, and Credential Holders are properly recorded on the District roll.
Music Department
Minister Alvario Smith, District Music and Band Director/District Musician 
This person is appointed and dismissed by the District Supervisor. This person is responsible for the presentation of music
and the District Band at all District functions. Responsible for setting up music/band practices and be ready at notice. This
person also have the following duties:
1. To work in conjunction with the District Supervisor and all Department heads as they coordinate meetings, special events,
programs, etc. and be ready at notice.
2. Must ensure the band and all music is in place at all District functions
3. Organize and hold District Workshops during District Meetings and during the year.
4. To submit a plan of growth and development for the music ministry involving all churches in the District.
5. Perform any other duties or responsibilities that may be given to the District Supervisor.
Sis. Khamelia Yarborough, District Minister of Music
This person is appointed and dismissed by the District Supervisor. This person is responsible for the presentation of music
and the Choir at all District functions. Responsible for setting up practices and be ready at notice. This person also have
the following duties:
1. To work in conjunction with the District Supervisor and all Department heads as they coordinate meetings, special events,
programs, etc. and be ready at notice.
2. Must ensure the all music is in place at all District functions
3. Organize and hold District Workshops during District Meetings and during the year.
4. To submit a plan of growth and development for the music ministry involving all churches in the District.
5. Perform any other duties or responsibilities that may be given to the District Supervisor.
Evangelist Johnnie Mae Mincey, District Choir Director
This person is appointed and dismissed by the District Supervisor. This person is responsible for the presentation the Choir
at all District functions. Responsible for setting up practices and be ready at notice. This person also have the following
duties:
1. To work in conjunction with the District Supervisor and all Department heads as they coordinate meetings, special events,
programs, etc. and be ready at notice.
2. Must ensure the all choir music is in place at all District functions
3. Organize and hold District Workshops during District Meetings and during the year.
4. To submit a plan of growth and development for the music ministry involving all churches in the District.
5. Perform any other duties or responsibilities that may be given to the District Supervisor.
Bro. Terence (Bubba) Gilbert, District Musician

This person is appointed and dismissed by the District Supervisor. This person is responsible for the presentation of music
at all District functions. Responsible for setting up practices and be ready at notice. This person also have the following
duties:
1. To work in conjunction with the District Supervisor and Department head as they coordinate meetings, special events,
programs, etc. and be ready at notice.
2. Must ensure the all music is in place at all District functions
3. Perform any other duties or responsibilities that may be given to the District Supervisor.
Bro. Perez Blackmon Jr., District Musician

This person is appointed and dismissed by the District Supervisor. This person is responsible for the presentation of music
at all District functions. Responsible for setting up practices and be ready at notice. This person also have the following
duties:
1. To work in conjunction with the District Supervisor and Department head as they coordinate meetings, special events,
programs, etc. and be ready at notice.
2. Must ensure the all music is in place at all District functions
3. Perform any other duties or responsibilities that may be given to the District Supervisor.
Youth Department :
Elder Eddie Stapleton, District Youth Director

This person is appointed or dismissed by the District Supervisor. This person reports to the District Supervisor. This person
duties include:
1. Serves as the official coordinator for all youth activities that will occur in the District Meetings, assemblies, and
plans the district youth conference along with the Director of Protocol
2. Works hard to establish the identity of the YPHU as the Youth Department of the District not as another Sunday School
Department. 3. Organizes and directs the District Youth Praise Team along with the District Music Department involving youth from
all churches in the District.
4. Will coordinate and make sure that our youth that are away for any reason receive sermon tapes and/or books of encouragement
from our organization.
Evangelist Ursula Tolbert, District Sunshine Band President

This person is appointed and/or dismissed by the District Supervisor. This person works closely with the Youth Director and
organizes all children ages 3-12 from all churches in the District. This person also makes sure that the Sunshine Band is
an active part of the Youth Conference, planning activities with the children from all churches in the District.
Usher Board:
Sis. Elizabeth Baxter: District Usher Board President

This position is appointed and/or dismissed by the District Supervisor. This Department is important. This person is responsible
for making sure that there should be ushers on duty at all District functions, and when required by the Jurisdiction a representative
must be sent at it functions.
Missionary Board:
Evangelist Virginia Rogers: District Missionary Board President
This person organizes the women Evangelists and Missionaries and all women on the District teaching them the principles of
Evangelism, techniques, and the Word of God. This person plans the District Women’s Conference along with the Director
of Protocol. This person must keep all District churches and their Women’s departments working in the communities to
bring in members into their churches.
Deacon Board/ Men Department
Deacon Jacob Stapleton : District Men Department President
This person organizes the men of the District and makes sure that the instructions from appointed officials are respected.
This person will work to help establish this District , working with churches in the District striving to help fill this District
with Godly men and women. Plan District Men’s Conferences along with the Director of Protocol.
I.S.A.A.C. (International Stitchers, Artists, and Associated Crafts)
Evangelist Patricia Jones: District I.S.A.A.C. President

This person is appointed and/or dismissed by the District Supervisor. This department works with those that have creative
abilities such as ceramics, fashion design, etc. This person is responsible for establishing a Fashion Show at each District
Meeting.
Track Team
Evangelist Brenda Moseley: District Track Team President
This person is appointed and/or dismissed by the District Supervisor and is responsible for public relations in the District.
This person is also responsible for getting out and letting everyone know that they are there. This person seeks out churches
“without a covering” and seeks to make the Restored House District available to them. This person seeks struggling
churches we can be assistance to. This person is also in charge of Prison Ministries on the District level.
Hospitality
Missionary Alice Stapleton: District Hospitality President
This person is appointed and/or dismissed by the District Supervisor and is responsible for visiting the sick and pray for
them, and checking in on them as much as possible until their illness is over. This person is responsible for keeping up with
birthdays on the District level.
Protocol
Minister Derrick Williams: District Director of Protocol

Adjutants
Bro. Yanetel Smith: District Adjutant General

This person is appointed and/or dismissed by the District Supervisor and is responsible for the welfare and the security of
the District Supervisor, 1st Administrative Assistant, Bishops, Elders, Evangelists, and the Financial Department as appointed
or directed at all times during our gatherings and meetings. This person makes sure that all positions are recognized and
respected.
