Mujeres en Acción (Women in Action) is a non-governmental organization (NGO) that works with over one thousand rural Guatemalan women using microcredit, education, and training to increase their productive capacity. With microcredit and technical assistance, women are able to improve their economic situation through agricultural, craft, and commerce projects within their communities.
