Hi everybody, I would like to say that this is my first website. It might be only a small piece of work but I hope it will provide the process and content of working with the marginalized people, particulary the Internally Displaced Persons(IDPs) in the North of Thailand.

I have spent sometimes working with the project named  " A new Paradigm towards Ethnic HighlandessCommunity Development : A Human Right Approach" 2003 - 2005(A cooperation between The NHRC of Thailand, The Rajabhat Chiangrai University and The Chiangrai College of Agriculture and Technology ,funded by The Canadian International Development Agency:CIDA). And "A Comparative Study through Enhancing Process on the Rights to Life and  Rights to Self Determination for the Internally Displaced Persons among Risky Area under the Thai Government Policy" 2005 - 2006 (A cooperation between The NHRC of Thailand, The Rajabhat Chiangrai University and the Chiangrai College of Agriculture and Technology, funded by The Asia Pacific Forum of National Human Rights Institutions:APF). I would like to share the lessons and experiences learnt from the project with you all. The main topics are "developmet", "Human Rights" and IDPs.

I mean to make this web as a "learning together" area. So let's share our ideas, comments and experiences.  I will be very happy to have your comments as well.
