NUTRITIONAL SUPPLEMENTS
This is probably one of the trickiest subject when it comes to workouts and nutrition. Do we really need nutritional supplements? No but they can be a HUGE help. I am not talking about every piece of 'snake oil' you see being pushed in the muscle mags, usually be some juiced up freak! Supplements can be useful but they CANNOT replace food. Period, end of story.

Other supplements like creatine and many weight loss products seem to work well but I have found that sticking to the basics works the best for me. I have also had good experiences with flaxseed oil which could be a good dietary supplement if one wished to add more omega-3 fatty acids to their diet.

Here are the only "supplements" I take:

Daily Multi-vitamin
Vitamin C
Protein powder (Whey and Egg)
Flaxseed oil



EXERCISE ROUTINE
What types of exercises to do? How many reps? How often? How many sets? What weight? ...

DIET & NUTRITION
What to eat? How much to eat? High carbs or no carbs? Balanced or high protein? ...

SUPPLEMENTS
Is there a magic pill? What works? What's a scam? Are there any side effects? ...
