| PRACTICE RULES: 1) Practice starts at 6PM AND IS NOT CANCELLED UNLESS I CALL YOU AND CANCEL IT! We will all run for 30 minutes at the END of each practice 2) If you need to leave early I NEED TO KNOW BEFORE practice starts... NO EXCEPTIONS 3) If you miss a practice... your "running" is due the next practice. 4) Cramps are NOT an excuse, you will sit out your "cramp" and THEN run your time. 5) Chris (me), Rojo (jr's brother), Mike, Rodrigo, Gio, and Frank(Oli's dad) ARE ALL COACHING STAFF..you will at all times treat them with full respect or you will not play and be sent home on the spot! 6) If you have a problem with rules 1-5 you can quit at anytime. |
