| SATURDAY OCTOBER 28, 2006 - GLENN MEHLE - In the last 5 minutes of the 1st half having just come on against Team 443, GLENN wasted no time. He found himself in the area on the end of a mid level cross centerd by CAMILO. GLENN smashed a side-volley into the back of the net for the game winner with his left. It's GLENN's impulsiveness that earns him his spot and of course his beautiful goal. |

| SATURDAY OCTOBER 28, 2006 - JR ROJO Throughout the course of both games JR was in top form, cleaning up the center back and stopping all of 442's and 443's aerial attacks. With perfect timing, aggression and strength JR showed his team why he's there and why people end up in the dirt after they come in contact with him. |

| SATURDAY OCTOBER 21, 2006 - CAMILO GALINDO Earning one assist and two goals throughout the day and setting up a dozen other opportunities... CAMILO was awesome... completely unstoppable. His first goal, a LAZER BEAM blast on the floor from 25 yards out beat the keepers right side. Then off of a flick from OLI he slots the ball through 2 defenders right to the feet of ALEX M. for the assist. Just when we thought he was done he recieves a cross along the top of the 18 yard mark and fires home the game winner and his second goal of the game. 2 goals and 1 assist. |

| SATURDAY OCTOBER 21, 2006 - JEFFREY CALLE-GAMBINI After battling a week of countless injuries, bruising, and dehydration, Jeffrey again managed to hold down BOTH teams offense. Run after run, Jeffrey would shut down any opposition with perfect slide tackles or plain game reading interceptions. In addition to his defensive responsibilities Jeffrey made a concious effort to provide the ball to the offense, including OLI and FRANCO, much of which would lead to goal scoring opportunites,. In the 1st half of the 443 game Jeffrey latched on to corner from FRANCO to grill a shot towards goal but the shot went just over. Amazingly Jeffrey provided unwaivering defense for all 70 minutes of play time. |

| PRE SEASON Honorable Mentions | |||||||||||||||
| 10/28 - ABRAHAM - Although he had probably the toughest men to mark throughout both games, ABRAHAM showed his true colors with play making throw-ins and a few sensational runs along the right flank providing service to the offense. Much improvement in form seen from this player. | |||||||||||||||
| SAT 10/21 - JR ROJO - Jr, receives honorable mention for the game against 442, it was just beautiful to watch him shut down the goal kicks and high balls from 442's offense. In the 443 game, with 443's threatening corners a constant danger JR made sure they never got a chance clearing every single ball towards offense, A player with true heart and conviction for getting the job done. | |||||||||||||||
| SAT 10/21 - OLI MENDOZA - From the start of the 1st game of the day it was obvious the other teams didn't exactly LIKE his deep runs and threatening one on one attempts. The highlight of his game was of course his solo effort in the 1st half of the game receiving the ball from JOEL at midfield, taking the ball upfield juking over 2 field players and 1 defender to enter the 6 yard box to slam home a close shot for the opening goal. | |||||||||||||||
| SAT 10/21 - JOEL VILLAFUERTE - Probably playing the most difficult position in the formation, Center Defensive Midfield, Joel performed excellent, Burying a penalty conceded by OLI off the crossbar for the game winner against 442. He has the responsibility of backbuilding the offense, as well as supporting both sides of the defense along with the ability to attack and defend like no other. | |||||||||||||||
