Carl
is Kevin's best friend who often recruits Kevin into all sorts of escapades
like the "Touch and Win a Ferarri" Carathon, the male escort job, and turned
Kevin into a dishonest car salesman. Carl and Heather briefly entered
into a relationship much to the resistance of Kevin but they both
decided to call it off when they realized they got along better as friends.
Of
all the major characters in the series, Willie is probably the one with
the most screen acting jobs since Mr. Belvedere.
He has appeared in an incredible amount of TV shows and films. His TV credits
include Quantum Leap where he played Lee Harvey Oswald in
a 2 parter episode, NYPD Blue, X-Files, Ask Harriet, Cheers,
Ally McBeal and HBO's
Sex and the City. His films include
Groundhog Day where he appeared with Bill Murray,
The
Rock, Mars Attacks!, Untamed Heart, Kingpin where he appeared with
Michele Matheson, and he last appeared in the monster hit movie
