Introduction
It is best to start by saying what E-Commerce is. E-commerce or Electric commerce is the means by which goods or services are sold by the use of Internet. There are usually E-Commerce Web Sites which offer purchasing capabilities for consumers over the internet. These stores may be referred to as Cyber Stores or 'Virtual Stores' because the store is not really there but is just a Web Site on the Internet. The use of E-commerce is spreading very quickly beccause of several advantages which the service offers. There are mainly 3 types of E-Commerce Web Sites, Business to Business, Business to Consumer and Consumer to Business.

The aim of this project is to look at how E-Commerce effects Malta in today's World. This means that we must look at Maltese companies who have offered this service to the Maltese community and frankly, to the whole world over the Internet. To analyse this we have taken a look at some Web Sites of Maltese companies and provided reports. A list of Advantages, Disadvantages and Terms is also provided.
