Eye to Eye, Chapter 4
That same night...
Jun: "Oh crap! This is just great! I can't sleep! no matter how many times I try I just can't sleep!*
She got up and looked out the window then looked back at Bankotsu.
Jun: *How can he sleep so peacefully? I just don't get it. I've been loved by others before but, I've never felt like this. I'm a frickin' hanyou for crying outloud! But he's different...and not because he's human. Why am I acting like this?*
Bankotsu: "What's the matter? Can't sleep?"
Jun: "Don't sneak up on me like that!"
Bankotsu: "Ok. Ok. Don't be rash. I can't stand to see such a pretty face look like that.."
Jun: "Grr...shut-up!"
Bankotsu: "You know that only makes me love you more!"
Jun: "I think I feel better now. Good night!
The next day...
Jun: "Finally. Morning. I can break free...good thing I have that habit of waking up so early. Man, I need some coffee."
She went to the kitchen and was suprised to see Jakotsu sitting there.
Jakotsu: "Morning."
Jun: "Morning. Hey,um,where's Bankotsu?"
Jakotsu: "Don't worry. He's outside."
Jun: "Thanks."
Outside...
Jun: "Where's Bankotsu?! Wait a minute. I'm part dog demon. I can sniff him out.*sniff* He's close by..."
Jun peeped through the bushes and saw Bankotsu. But he wasn't alone. He was with another woman. From the smell it seemed like this woman was a snake demon.
Jun: "Bankotsu never mentioned this! He's got some explaining to do!"
Jun stayed in the bushes to see what was going on.
Bankotsu: "Who are you and how do you know me?"
Etsu: "My name is Etsu. And it's no suprise that I know you. The band of seven is well known around these parts. You're even cuter in person!"
Bankotsu: "Sorry to dissapoint you but I'm with someone."
Etsu: "She can't possibly be better than me!"
Bankotsu: "Actually she is."
This obviously made Etsu mad. She changed into her full snake demon form.
Etsu: "If I can't have you than nobody can!"
She opened a small bottle whcih unleased some weird purple smoke that intoxicated Bankotsu.
Etsu: "You will be mine..." *moving closer to Bankotsu*
Jun: "Oh no you don't!"
She jumped out the bushes and drew out her sword.
Jun: "I haven't perfected this technique but I have to try. SAKURA TWISTER!! Hey it's working."
The pressure from the wind scar blew away the smoke and slammed Etsu against a tree nearby.
Jun: "Don't even think about it!"
Etsu: "Then you must be...his woman..."
Jun: "Damn right! Don't you ever try to put your hands on him!"
Etsu: "What are you gonna do?!"
Jun: "I gave you fair warning. DIE BASTARD!! WIND SCAR!!"
The effects of the second wind scar caused Etsu's body to disintergrate.
Jun: "I told you...don't mess with me. Nobody gets the privilege of touching Bankotsu but me! And don't forget it!*pauses* Did I just say that?"
Back at the house...
Jun: "Bankotsu! Bankotsu wake-up!"
Bankotsu: "Where am I?"
Jun: "You're back at the house. Now. Do you mind telling what you were doing with that woman?!"
Bankotsu: "Aren't we a concerned housewife?"
Jun: *animevein*
Bankotsu: "Ok. Ok. If you must know, I got up early to train. I mean after all I have to be strong enough to protect my woman,don't I?"
Jun: "Two things. One, I don't need you to protect me. And two, I am not your WOMAN!!"
Bankotsu: *smile*"Anyway, I decided to take a break and then she came out of no where and approached me."
Jakotsu: "Do I sense some jealousy? See what I mean? I told you guys Jun was his new woman."
Jun: "Why isn't anyone listening to me?! I AM NOT HIS WOMAN!!"
Suikotsu: "Whatever you say sis."
Jun: "Sis? *thinks for a moment* I'm gonna kill you bastard..."
Outside...
Jun: "Ah. Sunrise. It always makes me feel better."
Bankotsu walked up to her and wrapped his arms around her.
Jun: "I thought I told you to stop suprising me like this.."
Bankotsu: "I know but I can't help it."
Jun: "Let go of me!"
Bankotsu: "You say that,but deep down I know you don't want me to."
Jun: "..."
Bankotsu: "You're not answering. Does that mean yes?"
Jun: "Listen you. I'm not gonna let you continue to have your way with me..."
Bankotsu brought her face to his and kissed her then he slowly moved his down and started to kiss her neck.
Jun: "Bankotsu..."
Bankotsu: "Yes?"
Jun: "I'll stay with you and the others...if you'll let me..."
Bankotsu stopped kissing her and looked at her.
Bankotsu: "Seriously?! Does this mean that you'll be woman,then."
Jun: "...yes."
When Bankotsu heard this,he hugged her so tightly that she could she could barely breathe.
Bankotsu: "I'm the happiest man alive!" ^-^
