and provide for those who grieve in Zion-to bestow on them a crown of beauty instead of ashes, the oil of gladness instead of mourning, and a garment of praise instead of a spirit of despair. They will be called oaks of righteousness, a planting of the Lord for the display of his splendor. Isaish 61:3
Beauty for Ashes
In this world we live in multiplied thousands of people have been hurt severly in some point of their lives. They come from broken relationship or abusive backgrounds that are still producing bad fruit in their personalities.
In Acts 2:1-4 is says When the day the Pentecost came, they were all together in one place. Suddnely a sound like the blowing of a violent wind came from heaven and filled the whole house where they were sitting. They saw what seemedto be tongues of fire that separated and came to rest on each of them. All of them were filled withthe Holy Spirit and began to speak in tongues as the Spirit enable them. I believe God wants to send of the Holy Spirit in to our daily lives, to blow away the ashes that are left from Satan's attempt to destroy us, and to replace those ashes with beauty.
The Lord has taught me that, bad fruit comes from a bad root. No matter how much we trying getting rid of the bad fruit it will come back, unless the root is dealt with.
God created us to be loved. He wants to love us; God wants us to love each other and He wants us to love and accept ourselves. Without this foundation of love and acceptance, there will be no joy and peace and we degrade ourselves by entering the slimy world of hate, staggering through life as a defeated person because resentment and bitterness continually infect a hurting person's inner wound, preventing healing.
Some of us need to be transplanted. If we start out in the wrong soil, Jesus will transplant us so that we can get rooted and grounded in His love, as the Bible teaches us.
Plese know that you are valuable, unique, loved and special. When this is your foundation and your root, you will produce good fruit.
Ask God to give you beauty for ashes.
You created for love. God loves you and He wants you to love him, love others and accept yourself. The Lord is loving, tender, compassionate and understanding. The only One who fully understand our anguish, who offers perfect comfort, and is able to bring supernatural healing. Hating your self is a dead end. Hating another person keeps you in pain. And hating God is just another variation on hating another person. Both forms of resentment build a wall between you and your Healer. |
