District 9800 is the district sponsoring me in Victoria, Australia. The district has been sending out students every year for who knows how long and they're super organized with the timing of their schedules! There is the district committee and there are also all of the Rotexers, the people who have been on a youth exchange and want to help out with outbounds and inbounds in the district. They are all doing their Rotary jobs voluntarily and the program wouldn’t work without them.

The district aren’t the only people involved in my exchange, the Rotary Club of Melbourne are my sponsor club, the first rotary club in Australia. Many thanks go out to Kevin Sheehan, the coordinator of Youth Exchange inside the club. The club meets in the Grand Ballroom at the Windsor Hotel in Spring St, across from Parliament house for lunch on Wednesdays.
