I here by demand salary increase for the following reasons :-
1. Performing hard physical work
2. Working in deep, dark places
3. Going to work head down
4. Working in hot & humid conditions
5. Working during weekends, holidays & vacations
6. High exposure to contagious diseases
7. No compensation for overtime

Despite your good arguments we must decline your
demand for a salary increase for the following reasons :-
1. Failure to perform for 8 successive hours
2. Tendency to fall asleep shortly after activity
3. Not responding to management demands
4. Lack of loyalty to workplace
5. Low IQ scores and lack of advanced education
6. Early retirement age
7. Inability to perform without being pushed
8. Messy leave-behind
