[b]Familiar:[/b] A small animal (Cat, Toad, Owl, Rat), include what they are and their name, as well as a brief description if you wish
[b]Dorm Mate:[/b] Leave this blank at first. Fill it in after you signup for a dorm-mate in the On-Campus Housing forum.
[b]POB:[/b] City and Country - or Just country if you don't know any cities from there. We will be taking in foreign students, of course.
[b]DOB:[/b] Month, Day, Year. Remember, the board is currently in 1999!
[b]Appearance:[/b] Descriptive! What do they look like? Distinguishing facial features, makeup, hair, height, weight, eye color, usual clothing style, etc etc etc!
[b]Personality:[/b] How does he or she react and act most of the time? Note: This will include likes, dislikes, fears and phobias. Make this descriptive!
[b]Relations:[/b] People he or she is related to
[b]Brief History:[/b] Descriptive! This should be at least three paragraphs long.
[b]Attractions:[/b] What do they look for in the opposite (or same) sex? You can include also what they look for in a friend of the same sex, as well as romantic attractions.
[b]Classes:[/b] Signup for these, you can take four. After you have signed up in the class forums, place your four choices in here. Upon applying, leave it blank. [Note: Classes have been deleted, since we're changing the school. We'll be adding new classes soon.
[b]Other Information:[/b] Anything else you'd like us to know about your character.
[b]Sample Roleplay/Sample Post:[/b] You must now fill in a sample roleplay, to show us your skills and how you write. When doing an audition this is THE most important section of the form. Short sample posts that show you are a mediocre writer and roleplayer will be denied. Post realistic to how you usually write; Do not post three pages here if you're only going to do two-paragraph posts consistently if we accept you. Also, this is a sample post, but also a sample of how you will play this character - so make the sample THIS character! Keep other characters minimal - you don't even need them at all, for the most part. Just pretend you're starting a new thread on the board, and try to make it something that other people would be able to reply to. Finally, a sample post is only required for your first original character, or all canon characters. If you've already been accepted as one original character, and are making a second, you don't need a sample roleplay as we already know how you post and write. If you already have an original character or a canon character, but you are auditioning for another canon, you will still need a sample post.
