| Zagato High Priest of Cephiro He was trained in the arts of magic with his younger brother Lantis by Master Mage Clef before the appearance of the Magic Knights in the series, Zagato is without doubt one of the most powerful magic wielders in Cephiro. All was well in the land until Zagato committed the one unthinkable sin in the magical country -- he fell in love with the one he swore to assist as the high priest, Princess Emeraude -- thus began the first war in Cephiro. Zagato was determined to free Emeraude from her duties as the Pillar, and did not care about the destruction and chaos that would befall the land without its Pillar supporting it. Although Zagato may appear to be the antagonist of the first installment of MKR, he is quite the complex character (like Lantis ^__^) who does evil things, yet the audience does not fail to symphatize him for his devoted love. ** Sometimes refered to as: Mahou Sol (Mage Priest) Enchantments: Kakuen Boujo / Cresta -- basic spell of protection Inazuma Shourai / Sandasu -- lightning bolt Anei Shougeki / Lexus -- dark orb Anbaku Satshuu / Stratos -- purple energy blast Ginbaku Satshuu / Diablo -- silver explosion Raishou Gekisha -- lightning blast Weaponry: Magical Breastplate?
