In Naruto series the heroes or the main characters are basically Naruto, and hi all-time enemy Sasuke, and the unfortunate girl that he likes Sakura. These three are the main character of this series.
Naruto is a young boy who inside his body the Nine Tail Fox Demon (kyuubi) was sealed by the 4th hokage of Konoha. Since that day, he lost his parents and was ignored by the villagers because they hated the kyuubi and Naruto IS the kyuubi. He has no friends but as soon as Shikamaru becomes his friend, his life become happier and then Chouji become his friend too. But his heart felt heavy when they play at the playground and Chouji and Shikamaru's parent pick them up to go home. He never felt the love that they received from their parents. That's why he acts naughty and do bad stuff so that the villagers will notice that he exists in the village. He also has an ambition which is he could never ask more than to become a hokage. He is a very hardworking young boy and he never give up hope and that is exactly what brings him alive until now. Naruto has a problem to do bunshin no jutsu but after he was told by someone to steal the secret scroll to kage bunshin no jutsu, he did it and he learnt to make it perfect. now he can even change into anyone or anything he wants perfectly. He was always very jealous of Sasuke and wants to learn a jutsu which is more powerful that chidori and it happens that Jiraiya knows a technique that is called Rasengan. Jiraiya said that this technique is produced by the 4th hokage and it took him 3 years to master the technique but Naruto is a very hardworking person he only need 3 weeks to master the technique. Even Jiraiya is surprised.
Sasuke is from the Uchiha family which is considered the besr family in Konoha. His early life was a happy young boy lives and he has a brother who finishes the academy at the age of 7 with top grades who is known as Uchiha Itachi. He is highly praised by the Uchiha family but one day after Sasuke came back from school, he noticed that all of the Uchihas were dead. His parents also was dead and he found out that his brother is the one who killed all of them on one stupid reason- to find out how much stronger he has become. Sasuke has made a promise to himself since then, that he will some day kill his own brother. After he was taught the chidori by kakashi, he taught that it is a weapon that he will use to kill Itachi. He then went to the dark side because he wants to become more powerful than he already is.
Quoting Shikamaru, Sakura is "a female
ninja with no special talent". Her job is to hang around battle scenes
getting in the way, yelling "Sasuke-kun!" and pissing viewers off. The
pink haired nin is also schizophrenic with Inner Sakura being the only
interesting thing about her.
Sakura loves Sasuke (who hates her) and hates Naruto (who loves her).
She had the longest crush on Sasuke since she was little and fell out
with best friend Ino because she liked Sasuke too!
When Sakura was little, she was quiet and shy and often teased about her
big forehead. Ino became her friend and taught her to be more confident.
As they grew older, Sakura felt she was living in Ino's shadow and grew
competitive with her, especially after knowing Ino liked Sasuke too. The
first time we see Sakura actually fight was in the Chuunin exams when
the Sound ninjas tried to kill Sasuke. In the final exams preliminaries,
Sakura tied with Ino.
