| Wind-Generators should have high efficiency, simple structure, convenient maintenance and high reliability. Ideal windmills to generate electricity where conventional energy sources are not available but wind power is abundant. They can provide power supply for household lighting, TV, DVD, toasters and many other electrical appliances. Small wind turbines, are used to power individual homes, farms, ranches, and small businesses.
Small wind systems can be used independently of the electricity grid in what are called stand-alone, or off-grid applications. For example, off-grid wind/diesel hybrid systems in remote areas. Wind power is abundant, clean, inexpensive and easy to do. In this economy, we all need to be as self sufficient as possible. You should be in control of where your electricity comes from.

Small Wind Generators everyone can afford In This economy, we all need to be as self sufficient as possible.
A perfect starter system, This Wind Generator is capable of 200 watts of power from its 2.25 HP 260V DC motor. It will start putting power into your batteries in low wind speeds- 7-10 MPH wind is sufficient to start charging 12 volt batteries. 100 Watt output at 20 MPH wind, 200 Watt at 30 MPH wind The wind generator produces DC current and has a built in bridge rectifier to prevent current reversal back to the wind generator. It can be run directly into a battery, but for a proper setup you would put a charge controller and fuse between the battery and generator.

Charge Controlers everyone can afford
Battery Bank hook-ups and convert amps, volts, and watts
Special forms for alternate energy
This is a step in that direction.

DC Charge Controller, Regulator for a Wind Turbine Generator or Solar Panel. This is a brand new digital charge controller and voltage regulator for DC wind or water generator/turbines or solar panels with a current capacity of 23.0 Amps at either 12V or 24V operation. This device will ensure that your batteries are charged at the earliest opportunity. It protects them from over-charging and minimises battery cycling. The generator and turbine is constantly loaded either by charging the batteries or by dumping generated power once the batteries become charged. This constant loading protects the turbine from overspeed during normal wind conditions. The charge controller and voltage regulator provides the capability for maintaining the state of charge for 12V or 24V storage batteries. The charge controller circuit performs as a fully automatic voltage regulator. It has been designed for unattended site operation and is supplied in a weatherproof plastic enclosure, suitable for mounting on a vertical pole or on a wall.
