Johnny Tone and the Falsettos
The way that this band came about is quite simple: Dave, Tavo, and Rob were once again chewing on Vicky's bummer, when Vicky had a brilliant(?) idea: to start a fifties-style band. Hell, they even made up stage names for themselves. Dave: Johnny Tone. Tavo: Pooley McCrockett. Rob: Robb Hammerly. Thanks Vicky!
So far the boys have managed to write three beautiful songs, with many more sure to follow. Their key lyricist is none other than band creator; Vicky Phillips. When asked how she came up with the idea, she replied "HOW MANY TIMES DO I HAVE TO FUCKING TELL YOU! I DON'T HAVE ANY BATH MATS FOR RENT!!!! NOW FUCK OFF!!!!". One can only wonder what really goes through her mind.
I'm sure you must be asking yourself: "When can I go see these dreamboats play a show?". The answer: I dunno. Sometime. I guess. And that leads to next tidbit about these boys: there isn't another tidbit. That's all there is.
