Happy fools day. You're welcome to read all emails between me and [email protected] - I don't know his real name. In summaryy, he generally answers emails but does nothing. He requested I prove this and prove that, and then said he would refund to me "his" money "to bring this to a "peaceful conclusion", but didn't do anything. All talk, no action. Questioned, he said he would try to remember.
DON'T PAY THIS MAN WITH A MONEY ORDER.. All he will do is deposit the money order and make a note somewhere.
HE ADMITS THAT HE KEEPS NO RECORD OF MONEY ORDER PAYMENTS. He prefers paypal and UPS. If you didn't receive your item, it's because you didn't pay. Prove you paid, and he claims the money order was "intercepted". Prove it was cashed in his bank, and he claims there is something funny going on. On and on. I paid for insurance on my first purchase, but the item arrived without insurance. The second never arrived and is the one in question here.
HE USES AOL CODE 554, SO YOUR EMAILS ARE REJECTED. My emails were returned saying that AOL had received member complaints that my ISP server was sending large amounts of bulk email. This was a lie to try and get me to give up on trying to resolve the matter of him not mailing me the merchandise I paid for with a USPS Money Order.
My next step is to send a copy of the money order to his bank to let them examine the stamped account numbers on the back, routing numbers to determine who cashed the money order. His bank's routing numbers are clearly on the back. Then on the the US Postal Inspector for a mail fraud claim against him or claim the money order was stolen and request a refund. Whatever happens, you can learn about it here.
