Hi,
The inquiry takes three weeks. Can you look and see if the money order arrived? Can you see if the item has shipped? Or do you not keep records? The last item I purchased, the A-10 was shipped to me 30 days after payment with no insurance. So I know you don't ship promply. I will start the inquiry, but you must have some records you keep.
I don't even ship. I have a service that does that. The A-10's had a wing problem and I had to wait to get replacements and then a lot of those got broke while in shipment, that is why I don't sell A-10's anymore. Over 95% of my customers use Pay Pal and my software keeps track of those payments and shipments. Over 90% of my customers are in the US and I can ship by FedEx to them and then my software has a record of every shipment I make.
Unfortunately the customers that can't get shipments by FedEx and pay by MO are less than 1% and my software has no provision for that. As I receive a MO I take the envelope and write what it is for and give it to my shipper. There is no further record. I have records of every Pay Pal shipment and every Fed Ex shipment but just can't track the others.
