The inquiry takes three weeks. Can you look and see if the money order arrived? Can you see if the item has shipped? Or do you not keep records? The last item I purchased, the A-10 was shipped to me 30 days after payment with no insurance. So I know you don't ship promply. I will start the inquiry, but you must have some records you keep.

Only way to resolve this is to send an inquiry to the PO to see if the MO has been cashed. I promptly send all orders and I have had thousands since then. I can assure you that I get inquiries like this and either I have not received payment or they get their merchandise. I just went through an ordeal with a man in England who cancelled his credit card charges and then in a few days got his merchandise. Send an inquiry to the PO first.
