UNDER THE WEEPING WILLOW TREE

Now I lay you down to sleep.
The Lord I pray your soul to keep.

The Weeping Willow Tree will always be,
A symbol of hope and love, between you and me,
until we meet in eternity.

Mommy cannot undo what she has done,
To my unborn, precious little one.
Only accept God's forgiveness until my life ends,
Until I can hold you in my arms again.

Wait for your mommy, until my time ends,
So we can meet in heaven again.
You will know me....this is how...

A mothers love in my eyes you'll see,
weeping tears of joy under the Willow Tree,
with a broken heart clearly seen in me...

Until then my darling angel, wait for me.
Wait for your mommy under the
Weeping Willow Tree.

LOVE THEM BOTH

See the young girl at the door,
she's never been this scared before.
With big tears in her eyes,
she's living such a lie.
Does she heed the worldly call
that it's not a child at all.
As she stands before us now,
we will make this solomn vow...

CHORUS: We will love them both, mother and child.
For they have crossed our path for this little while.
Lord, you loved us when we were lost in all our sin.
So Father help us keep this solomn oath,
to open our hearts and love them both.
It was 20 years ago,
she was much too young to know.
That the choice that she had made,
would haunt her still today.
Now she sits and cries at night,
will she ever make it right,
Jesus somehow help her to see
that you died to set her free.

There are 2 souls here before us
we are fighting for their lives.
But the cross is lifted o'r us,
we will rescue them for Christ.

Our government, it teaches us that choosing is our right
But someday there will be a price to pay
So as for me, I have decided I will stand and fight
With a hope that another one will never have to say

Now you grace the halls of Heaven
I long to feel your presence close to me somehow
How I pray that I could hold you in my arms someday
For I know that you're with the Father now

Oh, my Danny boy, you grace the halls of Heaven
And I feel your presence close to me somehow
And I believe that I will hold you in my arms someday
For I know that you're with the Father now
Oh my sweet child, it's because of you
I have come to know the Father too

I'm safe and warm and snug and sure and trying to do my part,
To grow and stretch and suck my thumb, and listen to mommie's heart.
I hear her say she wants to go and be what she can be,
I'm in the way, I'll hold her back, Oh mom do you love me?
I wish I could tell her I love her so, A burden I'll not be,
But I can't say and I cant be, So who will speak for me?

WITH THE FATHER NOW
"Danny's Song"

In ignorance and fear I once made a fatal choice
To end a life so innocent and meant to be
Overwhelmed by desperation, I couldn't hear your tiny voice
Crying, "Mommy, please don't take my life from me"

You never took a breath, you never laughed or cried
But your life has touched so many here on earth
How is it we believe that we should choose who lives or dies
Only the Father Himself determines what each life is worth

So now you grace the halls of Heaven
Yet I feel your presence close to me somehow
And I believe that I will hold you in my arms someday
For I know that you're with the Father now

Below are some poems that women who have had an abortion and are hurting have written.  If you'd like to submit your own poetry, feel free to e-mail me.
What is PASS?
PASS is an acronym for Post Abortion Stress Syndrome. PASS is an unofficial name, because it is not officially recognized by the medical community yet. Some sections believe in PASS, others do not. Until enough studies have been done to confirm it's 'existence', the syndrome is still 'unofficial'. This does not mean it does not exist!  Click on the pictures below for help about PASS.
