Dr. Siva draws us to some facts for ICT that face Policy makers while implementing ICT. The first aspect concerning with ICT is derived from McCormic on "Reliable evidence for policy making in Complex situatioon". One interesting thing comes out is that changing technologies and supporting inovation are worth implementing at the educational organization. This smilar strategy is also implemented in the USA and UK who are both embarking in elements of stategy to provide evidence of potential use to policy makers in the case of the USA is intervening in the directions of how that evidence is obtained. A good sample is found in University of Cambridge where ICT literacy is used in teaching and learning. According to Mathew Parrot on "Towards a New Literacy" ICT literacy can develop:
- Teacher training
- Curriculum integration
- Independent larning
- E-learning
- Evaluatiing the impact of ICTs on student motivation and attainment.
