With the hectic pace and demands of life many people are over worked, over stressed and over medicated. We are bombarded with electricty, radiation and external conditions that increase acids in our bodies that lead us to further distractions and a unhealthy lifestyles.

Meditation is used to understand our mind and subconscience. We can learn how to transform our mind from negative to positive, from disturbed to the peaceful, from unhappy to happy. Overcomming negative minds and cultivating constructive thoughs for the purpose of the trasnforming medications found in the Buddhist tradition. This is a profound spiritual and metaphysical practise you can enjoy throught the day, not only while seated in mediation.
We choose a quiet place to sit comfortable in a corss legged position or any other position that is comfortable and can be maintained for at least 10 to 15 minutes. The most improtant thing is to keep your posture straight and your diaphram open. With the eys partially closed and turn our attention toward our breathing and our heart rate. Imaging ourselves inside a bubble where we become aware of our internal merdians.

To be able to shut out the outside world takes practise and I will help guide you through it.
